Brief author bio

Chris J Shannon has worked in a variety of financial and general management roles over the past twenty five years.  He has a Bachelor of Business and a Master of Business, majoring in leadership. 


Chris believes that the role of a leader is to create the conditions in which people can thrive, and that organisational success is achieved through developing people. He describes problem solving as a team sport and not a solo adventure.
